According to the cartridge style, insert the short circuit board into the right place on the JP1 (as the picture 1) for example:If you use HP5000/5500’s dye cartridge (No.81)， please insert the short circuit board into the D place on the JP1.

    Turn off the printer, open the back cover of the side of the cartridge, pull out the plug connector on the ink supply station (ISS) electronic board.

      For HP5500/HP5000, insert this plug connector to the plug MB5X00 of chip decoder

     For HP1050/1055, insert this plug connector to the plug MB1050 of chip decoder

     Turn on the printer
